Our Chef chooses the mystery ingredients that you will be working with, your group is split into teams and they compete to prepare a first course and a second course. Assorted Platters of Hors D’Ouevres are served to each team during their collaborating and planning phase, and Dessert is chef prepared.

All parties take place in one of our three unique kitchen facilities with your own private chef. Our interactive kitchen can accommodate larger parties. Our professional kitchen is just that - and is great for the serious chef! Our third and newest kitchen addition provides you with the capability to entertain smaller intimate gatherings.

A typical party runs 3 hours: 1/2 hour of hors d'oeuvres, 1 - 1 1/2 hours of cooking, then a full sit-down dinner where you all enjoy the meal you've made. Menus are fully customized and dinner typically includes: three passed hors d'oeuvres, one salad, choice of two entrée selections (or a pasta/risotto course and one entrée item) and choice of two desserts. Parties will not be held under the number of 8 people, and prices include beer, wine, soft drinks and coffee. You may upgrade your wine selection, add a full open bar or run a bar tab.

Wine tastings and a sommelier can be added to any party.
